HUMANE ANIMAL TRAP
A humane trap that kills by severing the spinal column.
An animal disturbs the bait or steps on the tripping plate. The release rod slips free of its notch, freeing the spring-set striking bar. The bar snaps down onto the lower arms and severs the animal's spinal cord. A separate notched locking slot prevents the bar from releasing while the trapper is setting it.
